Mr. Chen ispartner at Shanghai Alshine Law Firm, who has practiced law since 1994 in Shanghai. Mr.Chenwas once engaged inChina Merchants BankShanghai branch, handling affairs of international settlement, foreign exchange trading and credit. He led the IPO for Fosun Phama and the acquisition of a number of listed companies. Mr. Chen has rich experiences in litigation and non-litigation, he provided legal services for many institutions, such as the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, the Bank of China, the Bank of Communications, the Bank of East Asia and the Nanyang Commercial Bank. Mr. Chen has served as a legal counsel to several listed companies. In the field of financial projects, Mr. Chen has rich experience in financial securities capital market, especially financing scheme, guarantee, bond, stock, foreign exchange andetc.. He participated in the loan mortgage projects for the Hongkong Nanyang Commercial Bank and the Bank of Communications (Hongkong).
